Owens makes 12 for Ball State

On the eve of the start of the 2010 football season, Ball State received some great news in the form of a verbal commitment from a WR.

Jacolby Owens, a 6-4 195 WR from Dolton, IL (Thornridge), verbally commited to Ball State University and Coach Stan Parrish.

Owens becomes the 12th verbal commitment for the Class of 2011.
