Two verbal committments for the Ball State Class of 2009 will be part of the Big 33 All Star Game this season, marking the third consecutive year with a Cardinal on the roster.

The Annual PNC Big 33 Football Classic - pitting the best high school football players of Ohio against the best from Pennsylvania will once again have a Ball State flavor. For the third consecutive year a Ball State Cardinal will grace the field for the game as the 2009 squad will feature future Cardinals - WR Connor Ryan of Cleveland St. Ignatius and DT Donovan Jarrett of Hamilton, OH. Each of the past two season have showcased at least one Cardinal as last season's Ohio squad had WR Briggs Orsbon and 2007's having RB Frank Edmonds, LB Loren Womack and WR Dan Ifft. The Bigg 33 game will be held on June 20 at Hersheypark Satidum.
