BSU lands 6-10 Zach Fields

In a great suprise, Zach Fields, a 6-10 C from Jennings County High School, who had originally committed as signed with IUPUI in the fall. Has switched his committment to Ball State.

Zach Fields, a 6-10 280lbs post player from Jennings County, IN signed a letter of Intent today to play for Ball State this coming fall. Jennings averaged 17pts and 11 rebounds a game this year as well as shooting 66% from the floor. Fields had originally committed to IUPUI this fall but had a change of heart. The coaching staff, lead by recruiting coordinator Bob Simmons, has arguably the best recruiting class in the MAC for 2008.
