Ball State Football Receives Verbals

While the Ball State Cardinals were in the RCA Dome in Indianapolis today preparing for their International Bowl opponent Rutgers University they received a couple of post - Christmas presents. Two outstanding student athletes that Ball State has been focused on during the recruiting process will be joining the football program next season.

Jeff Barker a defensive end from Lowell, Indiana and Scott Kovanda an outstanding punter from Detroit, Michigan are the latest prospects to give their verbal commitments to head Coach Brady Hoke and the Ball State University football program.
