Northwestern will host the Ball State Cardinals for its 2015 non-conference football schedule.

Northwestern will host Ball State as part of its 2015 non-conference schedule, according to BSU athletic director Bill Scholl.

Per a release from the Ball State athletic department:

"We are excited about Ball State's football team playing a game at Northwestern," athletics director Bill Scholl says. "All the credit goes to former athletics director Tom Collins who scheduled the contest before my arrival. Ball State has an outstanding tradition in football and has consistently played a quality non-conference schedule. We will continue to schedule games that are good for our student-athletes, the school, our fans and our alumni."

The Wildcats will also play Stanford, Army and at Duke to round out its 2015 non-conference schedule. The Caridinals went 6-6 in the MAC last season.
