Ball State adds 4 to 2011 Class

Ball State added a pair of players to both sides of the ball this week as it announced the signing of 4 more players to the class of 2011.

Ball State added 4 new faces to the program this week as it announced the signing of National Letters of Intent by Michael Ayers, Eric Patterson, Chris Sparrow and Dylan Curry.

Patterson, a 5-10 190 DB from Tampa, FL (Plant) chose the Cardinals over offers from Buffalo, Ohio and a slew of FCS level offers.

Sparrow, a 6-2 295 OG, comes to Ball State after two seasons at Harper College in Illinois and will have 3 years to play two seasons.

Curry, a 6-5 255 TE, is a transfer from Louisville and will sit out the 2011 campaign. Curry, also a former prep QB, was a greyshirt signee by Louisville in the Class of 2010.
